Growth manager

The Growth manager is expected to:
  • Lead the marketing side of Go-to-Market, including value proposition development and product launch
  • Perform market and competition analysis, identify target customer segments for product offering, and participate in roadmap development
  • Monitor competitors’ pricing policy and demand, and determine our product positioning relative to similar products on the market
  • Develop a product promotion strategy, selecting the most effective marketing tools
  • Recruit, onboard and shape the marketing team in line with selected marketing tools
  • Develop a marketing budget and calculate unit economics

Key qualifications that we’re looking for:
  • Higher education in business or marketing
  • 3+ years of work experience in marketing
  • B2C and B2B marketing expertise
  • Growth manager or product owner experience in start-ups and/or IT companies that involve experimentation and rapid development
  • Experience with product and marketing analytics, strong analytical skills and a metrics-driven approach
  • Experience in conducting marketing communications through various channels and evaluating results
  • An understanding of product development stages, ability to analyze information, organize and conduct presentations
  • Ability to work both as part of a team and independently, and being results-oriented
